We have established a grievance mechanism within the scope of international performance standards (IFC PS) in order to find solutions to grievances and inform our stakeholders as soon as possible. Within the scope of the Grievance Mechanism Procedure;
- We evaluate both named grievances and anonymous requests indiscriminately.
- We evaluate your grievances within 5 working days and submit our solution with our relevant departments and managers with in 15 working days in accordance with the degree of the grievance (which has been stated in Grievance Mechanism Procedure)
- We provide information about the solution to the stakeholder within 30 days. We will definitely inform you when the solution time is extended.
- We ask if the solution is suitable for our stakeholders and if it is not, we look for new solutions.
